As a Senior Product Manager on the Copilot team, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the AI assistant product embedded in Front's inbox. This role is central to embedding Copilot into the moments that matter most: summarize, prioritize, draft, classify, route, and learn, while maintaining the speed, quality, and trust required for customer-facing work.

You'll set direction, work through ambiguity, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including engineering, design, marketing, data, and sales. This is a high visibility role that interfaces regularly with our executive team, driving innovative yet intuitive solutions that meet customers' needs and deliver business impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with AI or machine learning products
  • Strong ability to set direction and work through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a complex software product
  • Ability to use data and user research to inform product decisions and prioritize opportunities
  • Experience leading end-to-end product development from problem definition through launch and iteration
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, data, and sales teams
  • High judgment and ability to make tradeoff decisions to maximize business impact

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Front's Copilot product and how it can help inbox users with their workflows
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Front's inbox workflows: triage, drafting/replying, assignment/routing, collaboration, and resolution — powered by Copilot
  • Make high-judgment decisions on priorities, tradeoffs, and sequencing to maximize impact
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data, market and user research, and strong product intuition to identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Lead end-to-end product development from problem definition through launch and iteration
  • Partner deeply with engineering and design to drive outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional partners including marketing, data, sales, and GTM
  • Drive clarity and alignment across teams to ensure successful delivery of the product roadmap
