As Staff Software Engineer on the Sponsored Results team, play a pivotal role shaping this growth engine. Evolve it into a seamless, performant platform balancing provider outcomes with patient trust.

Lead design and development of high-performance frontend architecture, shared UI systems, and scalable interaction patterns using React, TypeScript, modern web technologies. Influence usability, transparency, effectiveness of sponsored experiences from provider tools to patient surfaces. Partner closely with backend, data, product teams for end-to-end solutions.

Architect and build core UI components, shared libraries, high-performance frontend features powering Sponsored Results. Partner with design and product to create intuitive, polished interfaces for campaign setup, reporting. Turn complex advertising systems and data into clear, actionable user experiences.

Define frontend standards, improve developer velocity, foster technical excellence, innovation, ownership across the platform. Solve important, complex problems with deeply thoughtful, driven, collaborative teammates. We're 18 years old, leader in our space, but just getting started.

Requirements

Passionate about building sophisticated frontend systems for complex, data-rich experiences like campaign setup and performance dashboards
Experienced shaping thoughtful, high-quality ad design experiences end-to-end
Skilled designing intuitive, high-performance interfaces helping providers create, understand, optimize campaigns
Able to turn complex advertising systems and data into clear, actionable, trustworthy user experiences
Technical leader architecting scalable frontend systems, mentoring engineers, elevating code quality
Excellent communicator collaborating with product, design, data science, backend partners
Energized solving ambiguous experience and architectural challenges with elegant solutions
Proficient in React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies

Responsibilities

Architect core UI components, shared libraries, and high-performance frontend features for Sponsored Results experiences
Lead design and development of scalable frontend architecture and interaction patterns using React, TypeScript
