As a Software Engineer on the Nova team, you bridge the gap between the product and customer environments to ensure effective deployment and integration from day one.

You work directly with customers to understand their technical environments and design tailored solutions. This customer-facing role requires driving successful deployments while scaling high-quality integrations with customer systems as demand grows for the single pane of glass platform.

Requirements

Proficiency in languages like Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript
Experience working with SQL, including writing efficient queries and optimizing performance
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication methods, and request/response structures
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals such as VPNs, firewalls, IP whitelisting, and SSL/TLS
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes
Experience being customer facing
Willingness to travel (25–50%) and work closely with customers onsite

Responsibilities

Bridge the gap between the product and customer environments to ensure solutions are effectively deployed and integrated
Scale and accelerate high-quality integrations with customer systems

Influence how the product evolves over time based on customer needs
