About this role
At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and thrive. Lyft connects people to transportation to change the way we live and get around communities. Product management integrates engineering, data science, and design to reinvent transportation.
Pricing serves as the primary economic engine of Lyft's marketplace, a high-precision real-time system processing millions of fare calculations per hour. It balances rider affordability, driver earnings, and Lyft's sustainable growth. The Pricing team mediates between rider demand and driver supply as a core pillar of the Rider Organization.
As Group Product Manager for Pricing, lead a team of product managers across four sub-teams owning the full pricing lifecycle. These include Planned Pricing for base prices, Dynamic Pricing & Offer Selection for real-time algorithms, Rider Engagement for personalized offers, and Price Orchestration for the pricing platform.
Drive Pricing's top strategic priorities: unified portfolio optimization across ride types, preparing the platform for autonomous vehicles, advancing real-time personalized offers through applied AI, and increasing pricing precision to reduce waste while hitting growth targets.
