As a Data Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract, help define how to evidence customer readiness to protect against cyber attacks.
Work with learner data from upskilling, assessments, and exercises to measure human capability and translate into actionable insights for customers. Support the product team internally with product analytics and define metrics and data visualizations seen on the platform.
Collaborate closely with Product leaders and Data leads to meet customer needs and align with future vision. Bridge Product and Engineering to ensure accurate business logic and in-platform reporting.

Requirements
- Strategic, inquisitive, and innovative mindset with the ability to define metrics
- Experience building and maintaining product analysis dashboards
- Familiarity working with product analytics and data visualization tools
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data warehousing
- Proficiency in Looker and Count for visualization
- Ability to collaborate with Product leaders and Data Engineering
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal product analysis dashboards to enable data-driven decisions across the business
- Work with Data Engineering team to ensure business logic is accurate and in-platform reporting meets internal and customer needs
- Support metric calculations and contribute to design and discovery of new reporting features
- Analyze learner data from upskilling, assessments, and exercises to measure human capability
- Define metrics and data visualizations for customers on the platform
- Provide actionable insights from human performance data to evidence cyber readiness
