As Infrastructure Engineering Manager, you lead a high-performing team of Site Reliability Engineers or Database Engineers. Your mission is to coach, lead, and develop the team while promoting a culture of technical excellence and proactivity. You guide strategic decisions with confidence from your background as a developer, DevOps engineer, or architect.

You ensure high availability, security, and scalability in our environments. Drive the technical strategy forward together with architects and tech leads. Act as a bridge between technology and business, explaining complex relationships to various parts of the organization.

Requirements

Documented experience of leading technical teams (personnel responsibility strongly meritorious)
Solid technical foundation and at least 5 years relevant work experience
Good knowledge of Kubernetes, operations in Private Cloud, and modern CI/CD flows
Experience of monitoring (e.g. OpenSearch, Grafana, Prometheus) and large-scale database operations (primarily Postgres)
Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
