Tech Leads in Infrastructure Engineering design and maintain fault-tolerant architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP. They implement redundancy, load balancing, and automated failover while optimizing cloud resources with Terraform and Ansible.

Daily work includes leading incident response, root-cause analysis, and postmortems. Engineers build monitoring frameworks with Splunk, Dynatrace, and cloud-native tools to ensure high availability and proactive issue resolution.

The role offers opportunities to mentor junior engineers and collaborate across DevOps and security teams. Professionals can shape reliability practices that support mission-critical financial systems at global scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP including VPCs, IAM, and serverless.
  • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent for automation and system management.
  • Experience deploying and managing infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible.
  • Practical knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or cloud-native observability platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain fault-tolerant, high-availability architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP with redundancy and automated failover.
  • Deploy and optimize cloud resources using IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks using Splunk, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, or AWS CloudWatch.
  • Lead real-time incident response, root-cause analysis, and postmortems to improve uptime and resilience.
  • Predict traffic patterns, optimize resource utilization, and enforce autoscaling best practices.
  • Develop scripts and internal tooling in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate routine tasks.
  • Collaborate with security teams on encryption, role-based access, auditing, and vulnerability management.
  • Provide guidance on reliability best practices and mentor junior SREs across engineering teams.
