Finfra is a rapidly growing Embedded Lending as a Service company, providing a one-stop shop for businesses seeking to launch lending services in Indonesia. Our cutting-edge platform integrates seamlessly with client systems to streamline lending operations. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and datasets to support business needs.
You will perform data validation and cross-checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets. Transform and organize raw data into structured, usable formats for analysis. Write basic queries or use data tools to extract and analyze relevant information.
Identify discrepancies in data and support the team in resolving issues effectively. Communicate progress, findings, and potential issues clearly with team members. Collaborate in a dynamic tech environment focused on lending operations.
Support ongoing improvements in data documentation and processes to enhance efficiency. Gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing fintech company with opportunities to learn from the team. Develop skills in data handling specific to embedded lending services.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a Data Analyst, Data Operations, or similar role (internship experience is also welcome)
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize and work with structured datasets
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn from the team
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields is preferred
