OPS Consulting seeks an experienced Data Analyst to join its team supporting mission-critical operations in national security and technology solutions. The role focuses on empowering clients through data-driven insights while advancing trusted leadership in highly specialized environments.
The Data Analyst will perform evaluations, define requirements, and create customizations while collecting metrics and conducting sensitivity analysis. Additional work includes executing scripts on Windows and UNIX platforms and applying statistical processes for hypothesis testing.

Requirements
- Six years of demonstrated experience as a data analyst in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Three years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity activities in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience using Splunk with completed certifications highly desirable.
- US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and define data requirements and specifications while anticipating changes in data capacity and assessing validity of source data.
- Collect metrics and trending data and perform sensitivity analysis.
- Read, interpret, write, modify, and execute simple scripts on Windows and UNIX platforms using multiple programming languages.
- Communicate written and verbal information in a timely, clear, and concise manner.
- Apply cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements including confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation.
- Develop data standards, policies, and procedures and conduct hypothesis testing using statistical processes.
- Document implementation of mathematical, data science, and computer science methods and assess predictive power of models.
