The Data Analyst will support operational reporting and stakeholder needs within a federal financial environment.
The role involves working closely with business users, executives, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective data and reporting solutions. Daily tasks include developing operational, executive, and compliance-related reports using complex SQL queries with InterSystems Caché SQL and the Artiva debt collections platform.

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Five or more years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, specifically InterSystems Caché SQL
- Demonstrated experience producing a wide range of reports, including operational, executive, and compliance or regulatory reporting
- Required experience with the Artiva debt collections platform
- Proven ability to work directly with business users and executives to gather and refine requirements
- Experience communicating business requirements to software developers and technical teams
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance operational, executive, and compliance-related reports to support decision-making and oversight
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries using InterSystems Caché SQL to extract, analyze, and validate data
- Work extensively with the Artiva software debt collections platform to support reporting, analytics, and operational insights
- Engage with business users and executive stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business and reporting requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for software developers and technical teams
- Provide ongoing stakeholder support by responding to data requests, explaining analytical results, and ensuring reporting accuracy
- Participate in Agile development processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to organizational and federal standards
