About this role

Okendo is a customer-marketing platform trusted by 6,000+ of the world's fastest-growing consumer brands including SKIMS, Crunchy Roll, and Liquid Death. The Senior Product Manager reports to the Head of Product and leads key product areas within the platform, focusing on DTC merchants on Shopify.

You will conduct continuous product discovery to identify customer problems and turn insights into a long-term product strategy. Define success metrics for your product area and drive alignment for all product efforts to those measures. Navigate ambiguous greenfield opportunities by applying data analysis, critical thinking, and creativity.

Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Content teams to create compelling product offerings. Motivate and influence key stakeholders, driving buy-in for your ideas and telling exceptional stories around what to build. Requirements

  • 5+ years in a product management role at a SaaS product-led company demonstrating the ability to drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Strong customer empathy and ability to employ qualitative and quantitative methods to understand customer problems and needs.
  • Thorough evaluation of the market, competitor, and commercial landscape to offer differentiated products.
  • Excellent understanding of product tools, end-to-end product lifecycle, and product practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, focus on quality, and timely execution.
  • Strong collaborative work style with ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive outcomes.
  • Great communicator and storyteller who can articulate ideas clearly and succinctly, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to logically negotiate and influence stakeholders on all things product.
