About this role

Agiloft is the most trusted global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, helping organizations manage the end-to-end process of proposing, negotiating, signing, and leveraging contracts using our flexible Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP). As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy products that fundamentally change how contracts are created, reviewed, negotiated, and stored.

You will work with a team of experienced entrepreneurs, engineers, data scientists, designers, and legal subject matter experts to build cutting-edge innovations for a fast-growing scale-up company. Your day-to-day involves building and maintaining software applications in our suite of enterprise products, collaborating with product managers and designers to brainstorm bottom-up solutions to novel problems.

You will collaborate with AI engineers to efficiently utilize commercial large language model (LLM) APIs and continuously improve code quality, extensibility, scalability, and test coverage. You will also develop and improve infrastructure-as-code stacks, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability tools, while making architecture and cloud-engineering decisions in conjunction with other engineers.

This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members, participate in incident response and disaster recovery efforts, and leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity. You will provide consistent feedback to management regarding the quality of the team, the state of the tech stack, and relationships with stakeholders.
