This Lead Mobile Engineer role involves working across Native, Flutter, and related frameworks to build and maintain the core infrastructure of the mobile application. Responsibilities include optimizing performance and enabling product teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences. App Core powers app performance, infrastructure scalability, and removal of legacy dependencies for growth to billions of customers.

Requirements

Proven experience in senior-level technical mobile development
Strong technical background with Flutter and/or native mobile development (Android/iOS)
Solid understanding of mobile software engineering principles, architectural patterns, and modularization strategies
Experience with performance optimization, dependency injection, and migration of core systems
Knowledge of mobile observability, monitoring, and debugging tools
Strong communication skills in English to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
Track record of delivering results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Experience with backend technologies integrated with mobile applications

Responsibilities

Build and maintain core infrastructure of the mobile application
Optimize app performance and scalability
Enable product teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences
Provide scalable, high-performing app infrastructure components
Develop mobile tools for testing, deploying, monitoring, analyzing, and improving app flows
