About this role

At Allucent, we are dedicated to helping small-medium biopharmaceutical companies efficiently navigate the complex world of clinical trials to bring life-changing therapies to patients in need across the globe. We are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain a robust IT infrastructure that supports this mission.

In this role, you will design, deploy, and manage infrastructure solutions to support business operations and growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement infrastructure requirements, while maintaining and optimizing systems and services related to Azure, Azure DevOps, AWS, and M365.

You will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability across the organization. You will also develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure security, compliance, and disaster recovery, and lead infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.

This position offers the opportunity to provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, and to stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements. You will actively contribute to staff learning and development within the company, helping to promote standardization in project initiatives.

Requirements

5+ years’ experience with Azure/AWS cloud technologies.
3+ years’ experience with Azure DevOps.
Microsoft 365 environment management.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, and networking concepts.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools to streamline infrastructure management.
Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integration.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
