About this role
StubHub is on a mission to redefine the live event experience on a global scale, and the International Fulfillment team extends that mission beyond North America. As Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end post-purchase journey for fans outside North America, designing systems that make a complex global marketplace feel simple, reliable, and intuitive.
You will identify opportunities across diverse markets, synthesize on-the-ground insights, and turn them into scalable product strategies. Day-to-day, you will work across engineering, operations, and customer experience teams to design products that meet the unique needs of international buyers and sellers — from the moment a ticket is purchased until the moment they enter the venue.
The Admissions and International Fulfillment Team orchestrates a real-time fulfillment network connecting sellers, systems, and experiences to get buyers in reliably and delightfully. When things go wrong, the team diagnoses and resolves issues fast through resilient systems, automation, and AI-driven interventions that protect the buyer experience and strengthen marketplace trust.
