Ogilvy, part of WPP, has been creating impact for brands through iconic, culture-changing, value-driving ideas for 75 years. As a Data Engineer on the Graduate Program, you will join the Data team in Barcelona and work at the intersection of creativity and data science.

Your day-to-day involves managing diverse databases, integrating data from multiple sources, and ensuring data quality for analytics. You will structure and maintain database systems while resolving incidents to keep data pipelines running smoothly.

You'll collaborate with analysts and cross-functional teams in an open, diverse agency culture that values connectivity and bold thinking. This role supports Borderless Creativity by providing valid, reliable data that fuels insightful decision-making for global clients.

This graduate program offers a path to permanent employment through a convenio with the Servei d'Ocupació de Catalunya. You'll grow your technical skills while contributing to campaigns for the world's leading brands in a top-ranked creative network.

Requirements

  • University degree in engineering or a related field completed in Spain.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL, including analytic functions and T-SQL.
  • Understanding of data normalization and data quality principles.
  • Programming knowledge in Python for data manipulation.
  • Possibility to convert to permanent staff upon completion of the internship.
