Own and maintain the engineering board, run sprint planning, and ensure smooth delivery cycles across multiple product modules. Coordinate releases, manage handoffs between teams, and lead UAT processes with QA efforts for high-quality releases. Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and translate into actionable decisions.

Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams for cross-functional alignment on product, go-to-market, and customer efforts. Requirements

5+ years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or Fintech/RegTech, with proven ownership of multiple products or modules
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies
Hands-on proficiency with SQL (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) for product analytics and data-driven decisions
Familiarity with product and engineering tools such as Azure Boards, Postman, and Grafana
Proven track record of owning roadmaps, running sprints, and shipping releases on time
Strong analytical skills for competitive analysis, feature prioritization, and identifying market gaps
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to align engineering, marketing, and sales teams

Responsibilities

Continuously monitor competitors, identify feature and capability gaps, and translate findings into actionable product decisions
Lead UAT processes, coordinate QA efforts, and ensure every release meets high standards of quality and reliability
Translate the founder's product vision into a clear, prioritized roadmap and drive it to delivery
Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to keep product, go-to-market, and customer-facing efforts in sync
Use SQL and product analytics to measure feature performance, usage patterns, and prioritization trade-offs
Partner with customer-facing teams to explain technical integrations, resolve product issues, and feed customer insights back into the roadmap
