About this role
At Secfix the Senior Product Designer owns features from the first customer conversation through to production. This includes writing the spec yourself, pairing closely with engineers during the build, and ensuring the shipped design matches your intent exactly. The role suits someone who wants full ownership rather than handoff.
You work in small teams of one or two engineers and handle the project end to end. Daily work involves maintaining components and patterns, running the ticketing workflow without PMs, and keeping engineers unblocked through clear specifications.
The company automates compliance evidence extraction for ISO 27001, SOC 2 and similar frameworks across AWS, Azure AD, Jira and other tools. With €17M raised and a profitable trajectory, the team values craft in every detail from empty states to complex permission tiers.
Significant design work lies ahead on the new CISO AI product, including agentic workflows and intelligent evidence collection. As the second designer you will help the team ship twice as much while the engineering organization continues to grow.
Requirements
- Strong design skill combined with strong product thinking
- Ability to hold your own in technical discussions with engineers
- Experience writing specifications and managing shipping processes
- Comfort working in small teams without dedicated PM support
- Skill at creating reusable components, patterns and enabling tools
Responsibilities
