About this role
Corpay is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the international vehicle payments team. The global S&P 500 company creates products supporting fuel, EV charging, fleet management and corporate payments. This senior hands-on role combines strong product design craft with systems thinking to shape the Fluxus design system and lead design across fleet products.
You will lead the ongoing evolution of the design system while delivering end-to-end product design for vehicle-related payments and fleet workflows. The role requires moving between design system leadership and hands-on product work as priorities evolve. Strong knowledge of tokens, variables and structured system architecture supports design system maturity and delivery efficiency.
This hybrid role requires three days per week in the London office. You will report to the Head of Experience & Design and work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers and designers. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a growing environment where priorities can shift.
Corpay provides a dedicated workspace, formal onboarding and hands-on training. The role suits someone who enjoys variety and is motivated by improving both how the team designs and what it designs. Close collaboration with stakeholders across the business supports consistent, scalable experiences.

- Apply and integrate AI-assisted design and design-to-code workflows where they improve speed, quality or scale.
- Lead the design of digital products, features and journeys that support vehicle-related payments and fleet workflows from problem framing to delivery.
- Turn complex user and business requirements into clear, intuitive and user-centred experiences while achieving business goals.
