Hybrid role in Madrid requires fluent English, with Spanish as a strong plus. Focus on designing robust ETL/ELT data pipelines and automating ingestion, transformation, and reporting workflows. Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, documentation, security, and compliance while optimizing performance.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and data orchestration
Proficient in SQL and Python (or a similar data-focused language)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
Knowledge of data governance and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR)
Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail
Fluent Spanish
Experience in Agile environments
Exposure to machine learning or predictive models

Responsibilities

Design and maintain robust ETL/ELT data pipelines
Automate data ingestion, transformation, and reporting workflows
Ensure data quality and governance (lineage, documentation, security, compliance)
Optimize performance of pipelines and databases
