We're Zocks, a venture capital-backed AI startup changing financial services and industries valuing security and privacy. Join our small, focused design team as a Senior Product Designer tackling complex problems at the intersection of AI, financial services, and enterprise software. The core challenge is making it feel simple, reliable, and useful for users who depend on it.

You'll own a specific area of the platform end to end, deeply understanding problems, making key decisions, and owning what ships. Good design stems from grasping the technology and real constraints, not just clean interfaces. Recent projects include live meeting experiences that surface insights without distraction and native AI across advisor tools.

Other efforts focus on scannable sentiment analysis from meetings and invisible data sync flows that users rarely notice. Work closely with engineers to explore what's possible amid technical limits. Our founding team brings experience from Twilio, IBM, Microsoft, and Hearsay Systems in real-time communication and enterprise platforms.

Operate in a high-accountability environment within a small team, presenting regularly to product, engineering, and leadership. Develop instincts for decisions from mixed signals like customer interviews and market feedback. Choose methods like vibe-coded prototypes or workshops to drive fast team alignment and launches.

Requirements

Experience owning end-to-end design for complex product areas
Deep understanding of technical constraints in AI and enterprise software
Comfort making confident decisions with incomplete customer and market signals
Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma and vibe-coded mocks
Ability to collaborate closely with engineers on real-time communication features
Instincts for designing reliable interfaces in financial services contexts
Skill in running workshops and presenting to cross-functional leadership
Familiarity with challenges in security-conscious industries like finance

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design for a specific product area from discovery through launch
Dive deep into technical details, collaborating with engineers on AI constraints and possibilities
Make design calls with incomplete signals from customer interviews, feedback, and market data
Choose the right approach for the moment, such as prototypes over polished Figma or workshops over decks
Present work regularly to product, engineering, and leadership teams
Design live meeting interfaces that surface real-time insights without pulling users out of conversations
Adapt AI experiences to feel native across platforms advisors use while maintaining consistency
Create scannable surfaces for sentiment analysis and simplify invisible data sync flows
