Focus on analytics engineering: structuring, transforming, and scaling data to enable insights. Work closely with stakeholders, Analytics Consultants, and the DWH team. Translate business requirements into robust, reusable data models for scalable solutions.
Ensure data is consistent, reliable, and ready to drive decisions organization-wide. Occasionally contribute to consulting tasks like stakeholder communication or dashboard development in Tableau or Databricks. Thrive in a small, highly collaborative team that flexibly supports each other.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or similar role
- Strong SQL skills and experience with modern transformation tools (e.g. dbt)
- Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehouse concepts
- Experience implementing business logic and KPIs in data models
- Familiar with version control (e.g. Git) and collaborative workflows (e.g. pull requests, code reviews)
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach
- Excellent German and very good English skills
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve data models and marts (e.g. with dbt) to enable scalable analytics
- Translate business requirements into clean, reusable data structures
- Implement and maintain KPI logic in the data layer with Analytics Consulting
- Ensure data quality through testing, validation, and monitoring
- Define and enforce modeling standards and best practices
- Transform and enrich DWH data into business-ready datasets
- Structure and support ad-hoc analytical requests requiring data modeling
- Act as key interface between stakeholders, Analytics Consulting, and DWH team
