As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will report directly to the DevOps Team Leader and take ownership of technical issues while working with our development group to resolve advanced issues and bugs.

In this role, you will provide architectural solutions for complex infrastructure requirements involving large-scale systems and rapid growth. You will define and manage the automated production process, ensuring the reliability and performance of a global payment platform used in 120+ countries.

You will join a diverse and innovative community of 1,200+ employees across 12 offices worldwide, with a large collaborative engineering team of 600+ employees at our vibrant HQ in Herzliya. This is a senior role with real influence over infrastructure decisions, CI/CD processes, and the automated production pipeline.

At Nayax, you will own real infrastructure challenges at scale, directly impacting the reliability and performance of a global payment platform. You will shape the architecture, not just maintain it, working on large-scale, high-traffic infrastructure that handles 24/7/365 payment processing.

Requirements

At least 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
Experience with building CI/CD processes
Experience with AWS Cloud (Azure/GCP – good to have)
Experience with managed K8s clusters on EKS (AKS/GKE – good to have)
Experience with building and developing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
Experience with Go/Python
Experience with configuration tools like Ansible
Experience with implementing and configuring monitor tools like Prometheus/Grafana/Icinga2

Responsibilities
