Busek is a leading aerospace company specializing in advanced propulsion and space systems. The company is undergoing a company-wide ERP transformation from Deltek to Epicor to modernize and scale business operations. Seeking a detail-oriented intern to support this high-impact initiative across Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain.

This role provides hands-on experience ensuring data accuracy and integrity during migration into the new ERP system. Interns will review, validate, and clean data from Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Purchasing systems. They will update ERP data import templates and perform detailed audits for completeness.

Partner with Accounting, AP, and Supply Chain teams to gather, verify, and reconcile data. Communicate with customers and suppliers via email or phone to obtain missing information. Support cross-functional teams during the ERP implementation as needed.

Gain direct exposure to a full-scale ERP implementation from Deltek to Epicor. Work hands-on with real business data across finance and supply chain functions. Contribute in a high-tech aerospace environment supporting spaceflight missions and build cross-functional experience.

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Operations, or Information Systems
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets with accuracy
Excellent communication skills and willingness to engage with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks

Responsibilities

Review, validate, and clean data across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Purchasing systems
Partner with Accounting, AP, and Supply Chain teams to gather, verify, and reconcile data
Support the migration of data from Deltek to Epicor, ensuring accuracy and consistency in ERP templates
Update and maintain ERP data import templates for multiple business functions
Perform detailed audits of entered data to ensure completeness and accuracy across all required fields
Identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and follow through to resolution
Communicate with customers and suppliers to verify and obtain missing or unclear information
Assist with additional ERP-related data tasks and process improvements
