UI/UX Designer

Amway's Global Digital Product & Experience Design team is looking for a UI/UX Designer to create thoughtful and intuitive digital experiences used by millions of customers and business owners around the world. You'll thrive on shaping an experience from the first idea to the final, polished product. Join an Agile product team working on native iOS apps to responsive web platforms.

In this role, you'll partner in the entire product development lifecycle, translating user needs and business goals into clear, impactful solutions. Use tools like Figma to bring ideas to life and collaborate with product managers and engineers. A typical day involves discovery sessions, crafting prototypes, and analyzing user data.

Collaborate closely with Agile teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to solve complex problems. Contribute to the design system for consistency across products. Partner with engineers for pixel-perfect implementation and high-quality results.

Balance user empathy with business and technical needs while exploring emerging technologies like AI-powered design tools. Articulate design reasoning and stay open to feedback. Build efficiency through shared design patterns for web and iOS applications.
