Mitratech is a proven global technology partner for corporate legal and compliance teams, seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, design, and execution of our technology-enabled Legal Managed Bill Review service. This role defines how MBR capabilities are envisioned, built, and adopted, bringing an AI-forward mindset to every aspect of product management.

Day-to-day, you will define and own the roadmap for core bill review workflows, reporting, and adjacent features across integrated solutions. You will write clear product requirements, translate them into epics and user stories, and leverage AI writing and analysis tools to accelerate drafting and research tasks.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams across a globally distributed remote environment, balancing innovation with the practical demands of enterprise legal and finance environments. The role reports to the Director of Product Management and requires empathy and cultural intelligence to lead a distributed agile team.

This position offers the opportunity to drive the vision for how the product adapts to client-specific needs while maintaining reliability, compliance, and transparency. You will continuously evaluate where AI-driven capabilities can meaningfully improve client outcomes, shaping a product that delivers measurable value without unnecessary complexity.

Requirements

AI-forward mindset with ability to identify practical applications of AI in enterprise workflows
Proven experience defining product strategy and owning roadmaps for technology-enabled services
Strong ability to write clear product requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience partnering with engineering, design, and data teams in an agile environment
Skill in presenting and demoing to customers, prospects, and executive leadership
Ability to balance operational rigor, client configurability, and compliance in enterprise legal or finance environments
Experience leading globally distributed cross-functional teams with empathy and cultural intelligence

Responsibilities

Define and own the roadmap for MBR capabilities, including core bill review workflows, reporting, and adjacent features across integrated solutions
Continuously evaluate where AI-driven capabilities — such as intelligent document processing, anomaly detection, or workflow automation — can improve client outcomes
Write clear product requirements and translate them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; leverage AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to accelerate drafting and research
Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features with appropriate guardrails and quality standards
Define and track success metrics including adoption, operational efficiency, and client retention
Act as a translator between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients across Engineering, Sales, Services, and Finance
Present, demo, and influence customers, prospects, and executive leadership on roadmap decisions
Lead a globally distributed agile team with empathy and cultural intelligence
