About this role
Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager to join our Internal Products and Technologies organization, where you will build and scale the commercial systems behind our revenue motion. Our mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems that are safe and beneficial for our users and society.
In this role, you will partner with Engineering, GTM, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and Operations to own the GTM commercial infrastructure, including CPQ, quoting and pricing configuration, approval workflows, and deal automation. Your work touches every deal that flows through Anthropic—from enterprise quotes and approvals to order forms and cloud marketplace transactions.
You will drive strategy and execution for how sales teams quote, approve, and close deals at scale, balancing seller experience with rigorous governance. You'll synthesize competing stakeholder needs across GTM, Finance, and Legal and communicate prioritization clearly to senior leadership.
This role offers the opportunity to directly shape the systems underpinning Anthropic's revenue operations in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment. You will collaborate with a team of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.

- Experience partnering with engineering, sales, and operations teams to design and implement deal execution systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise deal workflows, including approvals, order forms, and cloud marketplace transactions.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand sellers, Deal Desk, Legal, and Order Management workflows and identify where tooling can make them faster and more reliable.

- Annual compensation range of $305,000—$385,000 USD (On Target Earnings including sales commissions/bonuses and base salary).
- Location-based hybrid policy: expected to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.
