This role drives product design strategy and execution, setting the standard for quality and research rigor. You will own complex problem spaces end-to-end, from framing opportunities with users to delivering high-fidelity, production-ready designs for web and platform experiences.

You will design AI-native product experiences including conversational interfaces and predictive UI, and leverage AI tools to accelerate the design process. Requirements

  • Proven ability to drive product design strategy and execution across a team, setting standards for quality and research rigor.
  • Experience owning complex problem spaces end-to-end, from framing opportunities to delivering production-ready designs.
  • Expertise in designing AI-native product experiences including conversational interfaces, predictive UI, and human-AI interaction patterns.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to accelerate design exploration and validation.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to lead through influence in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience planning and executing user research (generative and evaluative) to inform product direction.
  • Demonstrated skill in creating cross-platform user flows, interaction models, and design specifications for engineering handoff.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end design for complex, multi-step SaaS products from problem framing through high-fidelity prototyping and handoff.
  • Lead creation of cross-platform user flows, interaction models, and design specifications that translate cleanly to engineering.
  • Design AI-native product experiences including conversational UI, predictive features, AI output states, and human-AI interaction patterns.
  • Leverage AI design tools and agentic workflows to accelerate exploration, generate design variations, and reduce time-to-validation.
  • Champion design quality across the team, establishing patterns and raising the bar on craft, consistency, and usability.
  • Plan and execute user research — both generative and evaluative — to continuously inform product direction.
  • Synthesize research insights to frame opportunities and validate hypotheses with users.
