About this role
ezCater, the leading food tech platform for workplaces, seeks a Staff Product Designer to lead design for the Restaurant Partner Experience organization. You will own design across complex, high-impact product areas end-to-end, focusing on how catering partners operate and succeed on the platform.
You'll independently lead large, complex projects from discovery through execution, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps and goals from the user's perspective. Using data and research, you define success metrics and partner with Research and Analytics to validate work.
As a Staff Designer, you raise the craft bar by setting quality standards for your area, contributing to the design system, and mentoring fellow designers. You build strong cross-functional relationships through clear storytelling and well-crafted artifacts, integrating AI thoughtfully into your workflow.
This role offers the chance to shape high-impact experiences for over 125,000 restaurant partners, driving measurable business outcomes. You'll also help elevate the entire design team through mentorship and sharing effective AI-first tool approaches.

- Experience shaping what teams work on, moving from shipping tickets to solving clearly framed problems with measurable outcomes.
- Deep, flexible command of the design process with the ability to balance speed and quality based on scope and impact.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills: able to tailor message to audience and present work with a clear narrative.
- Experience designing for complex, multi-user experiences across multiple surfaces or touchpoints.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools including AI-first tools, with a willingness to share knowledge.
- A detailed portfolio showcasing how you've tackled complicated, multi-stakeholder problems and the business and customer impact of your work.
