About this role
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to create and recommend design options for new requirements and enhance existing designs based on revised needs. This role involves revising designs based on stakeholder inputs and finalizing them for handover to implementation and development teams.
Day-to-day work includes creating prototypes for complex designs and usability testing, participating in grooming, technical discovery, and design walkthrough sessions. The designer coordinates with development, implementation, and testing teams for related testing work and UI clarifications, and follows through with UAT and implementation teams to close UI-related open tickets.
This position also conducts production audits post-release to ensure fidelity to designs and creates or updates the design system as needed. The designer supports ad-hoc UI design work for one-off projects and participates as a design resource for usability testing.
As part of the team, the designer engages in UX/Design DSM, internal grooming, discovery sessions, and status reporting. The role offers an opportunity to work across BAU and project-based workloads, contributing to the evolution of the product user experience.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma for creating and editing designs
- Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing methods
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and design systems
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including development and QA
- Attention to detail for production audits and design fidelity checks
- Experience participating in grooming, technical discovery, and design walkthrough sessions
