ISS STOXX is looking for a Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Mumbai, India. Our mission is to empower shareholders around the world to make informed corporate decisions through cutting-edge voting and analytical platforms. As part of our elite engineering team, you’ll help build scalable, high-performance systems that drive global impact.

You’ll build highly scalable applications capable of processing large datasets near real time. The role involves developing modern, responsive user interfaces using frameworks like ReactJS and VueJS while participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

You will play an active role in an agile team working on a large-scale web application in the financial sector. The tech stack includes UI technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, ReactJS, VueJS, and Angular along with Java, Spring, and Hibernate on the middle tier.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Java in a production environment.
1+ years of experience building rich user interfaces using React, Angular, VueJS, or JSF.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Experience building highly scalable, concurrent systems.
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Build highly scalable applications capable of processing large datasets near real time.
Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using frameworks like ReactJS and VueJS.
Play an active role in an agile team working on a large-scale web application in the financial sector.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, system and UI design, delivery estimation, development and testing, release management and production support.
