Box seeks a Senior Product Manager for eDiscovery to enhance legal hold, content collection, and compliance products.

As organizations prioritize data security and compliance, effective eDiscovery tools are essential for managing content while adhering to legal requirements. You will define and refine product vision and strategy for Legal Holds, Content Collection, and future eDiscovery initiatives. This role plays a crucial part in helping businesses efficiently comply with legal needs.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to gather requirements and ensure product delivery. Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform decisions. Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on feedback, business impact, and resources.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to build intuitive interfaces meeting compliance standards. Monitor KPIs, analyze data for improvements, and engage customers via interviews for insights. Stay updated on regulatory changes to keep products aligned with legal standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in eDiscovery regardless of industry (software, consulting, law firms, etc.) with a strong understanding of matter management frameworks and best practices for end-to-end legal matter management
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of developing and launching successful products that meet market needs
  • Ability to analyze data to inform product decisions and drive improvements
  • Experience conducting market research on eDiscovery trends, customer needs, and competitors
  • Familiarity with legal hold processes, content collection, and compliance requirements in enterprise environments
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and changes impacting eDiscovery and legal operations
  • Proven ability to manage product roadmaps and prioritize features for legal tech products

Responsibilities
