About this role

AI adoption across the organization is accelerating, with existing governance processes adding cycle time through manual review. We're building an AI Governance Engineering capability to modernize governance via automation, shifting to registration-driven workflows with built-in controls and continuous observability. As product manager, manage vision, roadmap, and requirements for governance-as-code.

This role combines product manager and product owner duties, operating at 10000 ft and ground level with granular requirements. Deliver platform-agnostic SDKs, APIs, and automated controls to enforce responsible AI guardrails. Help teams move faster while ensuring consistent enforcement.

Work in a large matrixed organization, meeting stakeholders to gather requirements and define features. Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage cross-team dependencies, and coordinate with UI/UX and engineering. Build consensus, conduct value analysis, and mitigate risks at program level.

Requirements

7+ years of experience as a Product Manager working in a large, matrixed organization with many internal partners
5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
Exceptional soft skills, including the ability to articulate to both technical and business audiences
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience in using tools such as Excel, Visio, Miro, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Define product strategy, capabilities, and roadmaps for the governance as code team of engineers
Define agent to agent workflows
Research industry practices in this domain and choose best path forward taking an agile approach to development
Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities
Build influential relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and peer group to drive outcomes
Conduct thorough business case and value analysis to prioritize scope and approach of solutions
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of our platform and related products
Review epics and refine user stories with Engineering to support the development process
