About this role
Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments, connecting financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers millions of times a day—quickly, reliably, and securely. We're seeking a Principal Product Manager to scale our Digital Wallet platform. The role focuses on data management, analytics, lifecycle orchestration, marketing engine, and loyalty integration.
This position sits at the intersection of digital wallets, stored value, payments, and data platforms. You will own how data is secured, governed, and exposed across the ecosystem for partners, merchants, and internal systems. The platform must be reliable, compliant, and built to drive adoption, engagement, and incremental value.
You will partner closely with engineering, security, platform, loyalty, and go-to-market teams. Deliver wallet capabilities that function as both critical infrastructure and a growth enabler. Act as a key product partner for OEMs, internal platform teams, and pilot merchants.
Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, PRDs, and execution plans across multiple work-streams. Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform extensibility and ecosystem scale. Use data, merchant feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with ownership of data-heavy or platform products within the loyalty, rewards or marketing platform space
- Strong experience with APIs, data models, event-driven systems, and platform integrations
- Familiarity with payments, stored value, or digital wallet ecosystems
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, security, compliance, and GTM teams
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product and business outcomes
- Experience with digital wallets, stored value
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end data model and lifecycle for OEM wallet experiences, including provisioning, tokenization, balance management, transaction events, and redemption
- Define data ownership, governance, and access models across OEMs, merchants, and internal platforms, ensuring security, compliance, and operational clarity
- Drive consistency and quality across wallet APIs, event schemas, and downstream data consumers (analytics, reporting, loyalty, marketing)
- Identify and resolve gaps in data reliability, observability, reconciliation, and operational readiness
- Enable wallet data to power personalization, offers, and loyalty use cases, including balance visibility, redemption triggers, and post-transaction engagement
- Define integration patterns between wallet events and loyalty systems (earn, burn, promotions, acquisition)
- Support merchant use cases where the wallet becomes a growth channel, not just a payment method
- Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, PRDs, and execution plans across multiple work-streams
