In this role, you will work hand in hand with business, technology, marketing, and creativity to transform ideas into real solutions. You will design for complex contexts where people, platforms, and intelligent agents coexist, moving beyond interfaces to rethink relationship models, behaviors, and expectations.
Our design area is the meeting point where strategy, product vision, technical capability, and brand narrative align. You will help organizations navigate uncertainty, convert complexity into clear and human experiences, and give form to what is new. Design here is not an aesthetic layer or isolated phase—it is a system that connects business, strategy, technology, and human behavior.
You will join a global network of 26,000 talented people across 55+ markets, working with blue-chip clients like AstraZeneca, Ford, Microsoft, and Nestlé. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that questions how things are done and drives meaningful change through design.
Requirements
- Experience designing for complex digital ecosystems where people, platforms, and agents coexist
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, marketing, and creativity
- Portfolio demonstrating UI design work for digital products or services
- A point of view and willingness to question existing processes and approaches
- Familiarity with how AI, platforms, and new technologies are redefining user experiences
