About this role
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to play a critical role in metrics and dashboard development for the Stores vertical. Deploy testing scenarios to optimize growth for Bolt Food. The Stores team drives data-driven decision-making to improve performance across our Delivery business.
As a Senior Data Analyst, own key performance analyses, build and maintain dashboards, and partner closely with global and local stakeholders. Work across pricing, promotions, assortment, partner performance, and customer behaviour. Ensure insights translate into clear actions improving operational efficiency and long-term growth.
Report to the Head of Strategy & Operations within the Stores team at Bolt Food. Operate at the intersection of strategy, commercial execution, and analytics to scale grocery offerings. Bolt serves over 200 million customers in 50+ countries.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role working with large volumes of data
- Experience in consulting or data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related analytical field
- Experience defining and measuring KPIs with data consistency
- Proficiency in designing A/B testing frameworks
- Skills in building and maintaining analytical dashboards and reports
- Ability to analyse customer behaviour, partner performance, pricing, promotions, and assortment
Responsibilities
- Design and manage testing frameworks (e.g. A/B tests) providing structured insights and recommendations
- Define and measure the most impactful KPIs driving the Stores' performance, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
- Analyse Customer Value Proposition, customer behaviours, and advertising strategies to optimise Bolt Food’s grocery offering
- Create and update daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and dashboards, preparing templates for global and local teams
- Support local and global teams with data-related inquiries
- Analyse data to identify problematic areas in data analysis and suggest improvements
- Act as an owner of your analytical backlog, prioritising work for maximum business impact
- Work closely with product and commercial teams to drive initiatives that attract new partners and grow existing ones
