BizzyCar is a B2B SaaS company transforming the automotive care experience. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to drive innovation and expansion across our agentic product initiatives. Our mission is to simplify car repairs and reduce notification times for recalls.

In this role, you will own BizzyCar's industry-leading automotive retail AI Agent. You will develop product roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage rapid-cycle testing to increase development velocity. You will also design and deliver solutions that transform other products in our portfolio.

BizzyCar is a fast-paced, results-driven company with an experienced leadership team. We are solving a $22B industry challenge with over 70 million cars having unresolved recalls. While we are a dispersed team, we prioritize collaboration and meet quarterly to maintain our strong culture.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of Agentic technology. You will drive cost reductions and add more value to our customers by taking our products' efficiency to the next level. Our AI Agent has already booked hundreds of thousands of appointments.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience as a product owner or product manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong proficiency with generative AI tools, which must include coding or vibe-coding technology.
  • Extensive expertise in all levels of product life-cycle, including requirements gathering, design, planning, acceptance testing, deployment, and iteration.
  • Familiarity with Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries, and deliver actionable business insights.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate new ideas with stakeholders, driving consensus while focusing on overarching business priorities.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment, showing adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage product roadmaps and priorities, incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders as well as supporting data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to optimize and commercialize your solutions.
  • Ensure business requirements are documented and integrated into product roadmaps and resulting products.
  • Leverage rapid-cycle testing methodology to increase product and feature development velocity by designing high-quality, fail-fast-and-cheap tests, including using vibe-coding tools.
  • Design and manage KPIs for the products and features you own.
  • Represent BizzyCar at industry events and meetings with customers, prospects, clients, investors, and business partners.
