As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of digital products across industries. You’ll drive thoughtful, intuitive, and engaging experiences that meet user needs and align with business goals.
You’ll design end-to-end mobile and desktop experiences from discovery and wireframing through high-fidelity mockups and interaction specifications. Create and maintain a component library and design system for consistency. Conduct user research, usability testing, and collaborate with engineers for high-fidelity implementation.
Thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments while fostering strong team communication and providing peer feedback. Serve as a design expert, balancing guidance from seniors with mentorship for juniors. Influence through insight, share knowledge, and advise stakeholders confidently.
Take ownership of design initiatives amid ambiguity, navigating uncertainty with peers to deliver high-quality work. Align designs with project, departmental, and company objectives. Partner with sales teams and contribute to project estimation for client success.

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end mobile and desktop experiences, from discovery and wireframing through high-fidelity mockups and interaction specifications
- Create and maintain a component library and design system that ensures consistency across the application
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to inform and iterate on design decisions
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented with high fidelity and optimal performance
- Design for accessibility, responsive layout, and platform-specific conventions on iOS, Android, and web
- Understand and align with project objectives, balancing leadership and collaboration to shape design approaches
- Foster strong collaboration across teams, facilitating communication and providing support to fellow designers
- Take ownership of design initiatives, navigating ambiguity to deliver high-quality work aligned with company goals
