Powered by TodayTix (PxT) is TodayTix Group's enterprise ticketing and e-commerce division, providing the technology and tools that help the world's leading cultural organizations power their box office and drive online sales. We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team and expand our partner portal to support theatre, sports, attractions, exhibitions and more.

In this role, you will set the bar for design quality, translating complex, nuanced industry concepts into clear, elegant user flows. You'll bring systematic UX thinking and a refined eye for UI detail to shape the experience for live event partners who rely on our B2B inventory and event management platform to run their business.

You'll work alongside a collaborative, passionate team of people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work. We thrive in a nimble, growth-oriented environment where adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action help us stay ahead of the curve.

New joiners are set up for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth, so we hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development.

Requirements

Proven experience as a product designer, with a portfolio demonstrating systematic UX thinking and refined UI design
Ability to translate complex, nuanced industry concepts into clear, elegant user flows
Confidence to drive design decisions forward independently
Strong eye for visual detail and user interface design
Experience designing B2B software platforms or complex tools
Thrives in a nimble, growth-oriented environment with a bias toward action
Passionate about making complex tools feel effortless for users

Set the bar for design quality across the Powered by TodayTix partner portal
Translate complex, nuanced industry concepts into clear, elegant user flows
Bring systematic UX thinking and a refined eye for UI detail to all product design work
Drive design decisions forward independently with confidence
Shape the user experience for live event partners relying on the B2B inventory and event management platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand the partner portal to support theatre, sports, attractions, exhibitions and more
Take ownership of design impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
