You report to the Group Product Manager and take full responsibility for the Transaction North Star. Collaboration occurs with Operations, Strategy, and external vendors to convert business objectives into a crisp product roadmap. Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • Ability to independently fetch reports and translate complex datasets into outcome-focused strategies
  • Experience orchestrating high-performance ecosystems with outsourced CRM platforms
  • Skill in building revenue-generating services that professional partners adopt

Responsibilities

  • Build Agent Monetization Products by leading the transition from a free lead-gen model to a value-driven professional suite
  • Manage Network Health by overseeing the agent ecosystem to ensure supply is lean, high-performing, and achieving peak transaction velocity
  • Execute Data-Driven Decisions by conducting deep-dive analytics to identify performance bottlenecks and translate datasets into product strategies
  • Manage the integration and performance of specialized 3rd-party boutique brokerages to meet conversion and expertise standards
  • Drive Operational Excellence by mastering the outsourced CRM to drive agent discipline and streamline complex workflows
  • Collaborate with Operations, Strategy, and external vendors to turn business objectives into a crisp, actionable product roadmap
