About this role

The Product Manager-Senior has responsibility for the design, development, and marketing of products for one or more divisions, product lines, or market segments. This senior role focuses on both existing and new offerings in a banking environment.

Day-to-day work includes reviewing and modifying existing products to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs. The role also oversees all tasks tied to new product development and ongoing sales support with business units.

Collaboration happens across teams to develop marketing materials, advertisements, and other communications. Evaluation of product performance leads to recommendations on changes in product features or marketing strategy.

The position is based in an office setting with eligibility for a flexible work arrangement that blends in-office collaboration and remote work for certain roles outside the branch network.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of related experience
Digital Product Management or Delivery Experience
Leadership experience
Self-starter who develops plans and is committed to hitting delivery dates
Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
