Roku is the #1 TV streaming platform in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, pioneering streaming to the TV. As Senior Product Manager for The Roku Channel on Roku OS, own the streaming-service experience. Think like a streaming service operator, deeply customer-obsessed and fluent in discovery and engagement loops.
Define and deliver experiences that help viewers find great content quickly and keep them coming back. Balance viewer delight with content and monetization goals while showcasing Roku’s evolving catalog. Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Recommendations, and Content teams to ship and iterate.
The Consumer Apps team delivers Roku’s core user-facing applications, including The Roku Channel across devices and off-platform, plus the Roku Mobile App. Partner with Engineering, UX, Content, Data, and Business teams for cohesive experiences. Drive engagement and growth at scale.

- Balances viewer experience with content and monetization goals
- Experienced in partnering with Design, Engineering, and Data/Analytics teams
- Collaborates with Recommendations/Personalization to integrate merchandising and ML
- Aligns product experiences with content launches and programming strategies
- Data-driven with ability to define KPIs and run experiments for streaming metrics
- Strong in crafting PRDs and leading cross-functional execution for consumer apps
Responsibilities
- Own The Roku Channel roadmap for Roku OS end-to-end, defining and delivering multi-quarter vision across discovery, navigation, content details, and engagement loops
- Champion streaming-service craftsmanship by identifying friction and opportunities across time-to-content, selection rate, and repeat engagement
- Prioritize with impact, drawing hard lines informed by viewer insights, content strategy, company goals, and data to ship high-ROI experiences
- Be intensely data-driven by defining KPIs, success criteria, forming hypotheses, and running experiments for lifts in engagement, retention, and monetization
- Partner deeply with UX to design intuitive, high-performing experiences balancing usability, editorial storytelling, and personalization
- Lead execution with Engineering by translating strategy into crisp PRDs and aligning on delivery
- Collaborate with Recommendations/Personalization PM to balance merchandising and ML thoughtfully
- Work hand-in-hand with Content Strategy/Programming to align product experiences with launches, tentpoles, and merchandising needs
