London, GB · Full-time · £50,000 – £80,000

About this role

iwoca is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to own and steward the visual identity of our public-facing website, ensuring it looks great, showcases our brand, and reflects our position as one of the UK's leading fintechs. Your work will enable small businesses to access finance that's as flexible and responsive as they are.

You will manage and evolve our website design system, designing ad hoc layouts, pages, and graphics that bring our brand to life online. You'll work with analysts to uncover quantitative and qualitative insights that inform design decisions, and collaborate with teams across the business to bring new products and ventures to market.

The Website team sits within the Brand team, which is part of the wider Direct Acquisition team, and is tasked with showing up consistently with authority and credibility. You'll tap into a community of iwoca designers and frontend engineers to develop solutions and grow your skillset.

iwoca has already cleared the way for 100,000 businesses with more than £4 billion in funding, and our passionate team is driven to help even more SMEs succeed. This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on the communities and economies they drive.
