You'll lead end-to-end product experiences from early discovery and research to high-fidelity design and implementation. Partner with design counterparts, managers, and engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences. Create high-quality Figma deliverables ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability.

Requirements

Proven experience and passion for building design systems or taking an integral part in a process like that (Must)
Understanding of HTML/CSS and experience working closely with developers (Must)
Strong system-level thinking and the ability to see the broader product picture
Deep knowledge in Figma - components, variants, and auto-layout; creating assets engineers want to use
Experience designing interfaces for data-heavy products into a clear and consumable experience
4-5 years designing complex B2B products
A strong design vision combined with excellent visual skills and a pixel-perfect mindset

Responsibilities

Lead product experiences from early discovery and research to high-fidelity design and implementation
Partner with design counterparts, managers, and engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences
Create high-quality Figma deliverables, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability across the product
Build and maintain a consistent, scalable visual language across the product
Map full feature functionality and prioritize must-have vs. nice-to-have experiences
