We are seeking a Product Designer in Dublin, Ireland to join our global team, where our employee experience is rooted in purpose, growth, and balance.

As a Product Designer, you will lead product design for key features within a strategic domain, owning the full lifecycle from research through wireframes to final implementation. You will collaborate with product managers and support engineering during implementation, and contribute to our design system with scalable components in Figma.

You will be an essential member of our global Design team in an agile environment, owning the digital adoption tool across the platform. You will design in-app guidance flows and walkthroughs to enhance user experience. Our culture values curiosity, integrity, and people who take initiative.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a UI/UX product designer in B2B/SaaS.
Strong portfolio showcasing B2B/SaaS product examples.
Pixel-perfect attitude with attention to the smallest of details.
Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, variables).
Ability to work in an agile environment and meet deadlines.
High level of written and spoken English.
Team player.
Experience working with and contributing to a design system.

Responsibilities

Lead product design for key features within a strategic domain.
Create and lead product design full lifecycle from research through wireframes, design, prototyping, and user research.
Lead an end-to-end process from ideation to final implementation independently.
Collaborate with product managers and support engineering during implementation.
Contribute to the evolution of our design system by designing scalable, reusable components and patterns in Figma.
Own the digital adoption tool across the platform, including designing and implementing in-app guidance flows and elements.
