About this role

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team in the Demand Division. You will develop contact center applications, focusing on scalable agent-facing interfaces and automations. This role involves evolving software products on a large scale with design discoveries for efficient workflows.

Maintain a core product built with Python, TypeScript, and Java/Spring Boot. Work within our tech stack including Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, React, Spring Boot, AWS, Azure, Terraform, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, Kafka, Datadog, and Kibana. Identify the most efficient and effective workflows through iterative design processes.

Join a self-organized, cross-functional distributed team owning a set of products and directly contributing to business success. Place users at the center when developing solutions together. Drive the development process using an Agile environment.

Evolve products using new tech stacks and lead technical decisions inside and across teams. Improve technical excellence through lateral leadership. We encourage applications even if you don't meet 100% of requirements, as unique skills are valued.

Requirements

Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in fullstack development, with strong focus on architecture, system design, and migrating legacy products
Strong experience in maintaining and evolving products written in Python; Java/Spring Boot is a plus for migration to different tech stacks
Cover code with tests and experience with different test runners
Obsession with quality ensuring every product meets exceptionally high standards
Enjoy working within an agile setup
