About this role

As Product Manager for ServiceNow GRC and SecOps, you define and drive the strategy, roadmap, governance, and adoption of Integrated Risk Management and Security Operations capabilities. You partner across Security, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve risk visibility, regulatory compliance, vulnerability management, and overall cyber resilience.

Day-to-day, you own and manage the ServiceNow IRM/GRC and SecOps product roadmap, translating business and regulatory requirements into user stories and backlog items. You drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across risk and security workflows, while defining and monitoring KPIs for compliance, risk reduction, and remediation SLAs.

You lead governance forums, stakeholder workshops, and executive reviews to align priorities. You ensure integration across CMDB, vulnerability tools, threat intelligence platforms, and third-party systems, partnering closely with Security, GRC, Audit, IT Operations, and Platform teams to define requirements and prioritize enhancements.

You drive adoption and maturity of key capabilities including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence. You also promote advanced capabilities like AI-driven risk scoring and automation, while benefiting from SHI's commitment to diversity and continuous professional growth.

Requirements

  • Business acumen to analyze financial and operational data and make informed decisions regarding product strategy.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences, including executives and technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in workflows and data.
  • Data analysis proficiency to identify patterns, propose hypotheses, and use statistical techniques to test them.
  • Problem-solving capability to identify issues, propose solutions, and take action without explicit instructions.
  • Multi-tasking ability to optimize tasks and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience driving adoption of ServiceNow IRM/GRC and SecOps capabilities and managing product roadmaps.
  • Understanding of enterprise risk management, compliance frameworks, and security operations.

Responsibilities
