About this role

At Daxko, quality isn't an afterthought — it's built in from the start. As a Senior Software Engineer in Test, you'll own the design and development of test automation frameworks that serve product teams across the company. This role is for someone who thinks deeply about quality and loves solving complex testing problems with creative, scalable solutions.

You'll partner closely with developers and testers, setting the standard for how we test software and helping teams build real confidence in their automation. Your day-to-day includes hands-on use of Playwright, Daxko's primary testing tool, as you build new frameworks from the ground up and contribute to existing ones.

You'll guide product teams in determining what needs test coverage and at what level — unit, integration, or end to end — while defining testing standards and driving shift-left quality practices across engineering teams. You'll also research and introduce new testing tools and technologies that improve how we work.

Mentoring junior engineers in test automation is a key part of the role, sharing knowledge and raising the bar for the whole team. You'll assist with building and maintaining testing environments to support reliable, repeatable testing, and partner with teams to prioritize the most impactful automation work.
