About this role

Microsoft Dataverse is the secure, governed business data foundation powering Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. As enterprises embrace agentic AI, Dataverse evolves into the agent data platform, enabling AI agents to search, reason over, and act on business data across Microsoft 365 Copilot and developer experiences. As Principal Product Manager, you will shape the future of this platform.

You will own platform-level strategy for how AI agents securely access and operate on enterprise business data from Dynamics CRM and Power Platform. Drive alignment across M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure Foundry. Set long-term direction and establish product judgment frameworks for durable outcomes.

Apply deep AI/ML literacy and data fluency to balance quality, reliability, cost, latency, explainability, and trust at platform scale. Define AI/LLM evaluation strategy, including offline/online frameworks and go/no-go criteria. Drive execution across teams through influence, resolving conflicts on customer outcomes and trade-offs.

Partner with design, engineering, responsible AI, security, and governance teams to build agent experiences that reduce time-to-value. Engage strategic customers and represent Dataverse strategy in executive forums and events like Ignite. Mentor PMs and track advancements in multi-agent evals and trajectory alignment.

Microsoft’s mission empowers every person and organization to achieve more through growth mindset, innovation, and collaboration. Build on values of respect, integrity, and accountability in an inclusive culture where everyone thrives at work and beyond.
