About this role

USAA seeks a Director, Digital/Technical Product Manager for the ISCO Digital and Design Team. This critical role owns and develops the Investments Servicing value-stream in the investments advisory business. Partner with cross-functional teams to set vision, serve as voice of the customer, and oversee prioritization and execution.

Manage day-to-day workings of cross-functional team, partnering with IT lead, development product owners, and members. Research, design, develop, test, and ongoing-manage best-in-class member-and-advisor experiences for investment services. Ensure requirements adhere to regulatory standards, digital governance, and internal processes.

Lead teams of Digital or Technology Product Managers responsible for strategy, ideation, definition, development, and performance of digital products. Oversee highly complex initiatives with enterprise visibility, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. Maintain alignment with USAA Association Digital teams for investment-servicing scopes.

Requirements

Leadership of Digital or Technology Product Managers in strategy, ideation, definition, development, and performance
Experience managing end-to-end digital product management for product portfolios in investments advisory
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for investment servicing
Expertise in digital and design governance standards
Ability to partner with IT, development, and cross-functional teams on complex initiatives
Situational awareness of market to maximize product portfolio
Skills in maintaining alignment with enterprise digital teams
Focus on operational effectiveness and strategic alignment within product portfolio

Responsibilities
